Course Design
Each training course is developed in conjunction with a company facilitator. Training courses are structured to derive maximum skills enhancement in the minimum amount of time. A typical training course observes the following cycle:
- Pre course assessment is carried out using questionnaires and competency audits
- Initial course development based on the results of the assessment
- Targeted delivery based on assessment results
- Job role related project work (to put the training into practice)
- Follow up sessions to reinforce understanding and clarify uncertainties
