Course Design

Each training course is developed in conjunction with a company facilitator. Training courses are structured to derive maximum skills enhancement in the minimum amount of time. A typical training course observes the following cycle:

  1. Pre course assessment is carried out using questionnaires and competency audits.
  2. Initial course development based on the results of the assessment
  3. Targeted delivery based on assessment results
  4. Job role related project work (to put the training into practice)
  5. Follow up sessions to reinforce understanding and clarify uncertainties.
