Name: Sean Byrne
Position: Founder and Managing Director
Profile: Sean has over 25 years experience in industry, having worked with multi-nationals in a variety of senior roles, including: Product Development Manager, Quality Manager, ISO9000 Auditor, Expert System Developer and Training Manager. Sean founded enhance.ie in 1996 as one of Ireland’s first web development companies, and has led the company through innovating product and service change, keeping enhance.ie at the forefront of emerging internet technologies.


Name: Cliff Cottell
Position: Lead Designer - Head of Accessibility Operations
Profile: Cliff has been involved in graphic design and Internet applications since 1994. As the Lead Designer for enhance.ie since 1999, Cliff is responsible for managing the design creation process right through to content management, usability, accessibility and adhering to industry standards such as XHTML and CSS. Cliff is highly skilled with the industry leading design packages, as well as developing sites to W3C WAI accessibility standards. Cliff is a member of the Guild of Accessible Web Designers and the Irish Design for All e-Accessibility Network ( Irl-Dean ).


Name: Ian Stanley
Position: Lead Designer/Developer and SEO expert
Profile: Ian has been working within the digital, Internet and new media industry since 1999 in several different roles including, Website Designer, E-Learning Applications Developer and Lead Accessibility Designer. Ian has a broad range of skills from design and development to online marketing and advertising. He joined the team in 2002 to support the Online Marketing division of the business. Ian’s broad skills based offers us great synergies between design, usability, optimisation and promotion.


Name: Gillian Pryor
Position: Account Manager
Profile: Gillian has been working within the web design sector since 1999 in various Customer focused roles including Sales, Account Management and Project Management. Gillian joined the team at Enhance in 2008 and is working as an Account Manager. Her role includes liaising with the Client and the Development Team to ensure the process from conception to completion runs smoothly and is the one of the main contacts throughout the process. Gillian takes pride in her levels of customer service and support.


Name: Karen Halpin
Position: Account Manager / Business Development
Profile: Karen joins us with 10+ years design and print experience. Her knowledge of both design and print ensures our customers that there is a person on their account who truly understands their requirements and demands especially within design and the functionality of their site.

Karen will interface with the customer on briefing, scheduling, design, proofing and ultimately completion of your site, so there will be a clear understanding of the site from concept to delivery. With her Accounting technician background, dip in Business management and currently studying her degree in branding and marketing, your needs for both marketing and business development will be well looked after.


Name: Mihai Marica
Position: Lead Project Manager
Profile: Mike heads up our Project Management team and has worked with the business since early in 2007. Prior to working with enhance.ie, Mike had an impressive portfolio of work with a range of design and development companies, both in Ireland and in Europe. Proficient in LAMP web development and the programming languages including PHP, XML, XSLT, JavaScript, ActionScript, Lingo, CSS, HTML - Databases : MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL
