Profile: Dermot has 15 years commercial marketing experience working at senior management level in a range of complex industries including finance, leisure, online, FMCG and telecoms.
He has expertise in all aspects of marketing both ATL and BTL including Marketing strategy, brand management, digital marketing, advertising and direct marketing. Dermot is a business and innovation strategist who understands how to integrate your digital presence within your overall marketing plans and help you achieve your business objectives.

Position: Chief Technical Officer
Profile: ‘Mike’ heads up our Development team and has worked with the business since early in 2007. Prior to working with enhance.ie, Mike had an impressive portfolio of work with a range of design and development companies, both in Ireland and in Europe. Proficient in LAMP web development and the programming languages including PHP, XML, XSLT, JavaScript, ActionScript, Lingo, CSS, HTML – Databases : MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL.

Position: Creative Director
Profile: Cliff has been involved in graphic design and web applications since 1994. Cliff was the Lead Designer for enhance.ie from 1999 to 2010 before moving to the position of Creative Director. Cliff is responsible for managing the enhance.ie design team, liaising with our Account Managers, making sure production schedules are met and quality standards are always of the highest order. Cliff is highly skilled with the industry leading software applications, as well as developing sites to W3C WAI accessibility standards. Cliff is a member of the Guild of Accessible Web Designers and the Irish Design for All e-Accessibility Network (Irl-Dean).

Profile: Paul has been working within the digital, Internet and new media industry since the mid 2000′s in several different roles including, Website Designer and SEO/Internet Marketing. Paul has a broad range of skills from design and development to online marketing and advertising. Paul joined our design team in 2010, his broad skills base offers us great synergies between design, usability, optimisation and promotion.

Profile:Andrei has worked in the Internet and New Media Industry since 2006 as a Web Designer, Web Developer and Project Manager working with small to multi-national sized companies gathering experience in business approaches. Andrei excels in the process of creating a new business brands and knows how to effectively promote the brands using web-based marketing and advertising. He joined our design team in 2010.

Profile: Cosmin has been working within the Internet/New Media Industry since 2005. Before joining enhance.ie, he has worked for several web design companies including a multinational company. He joined our development team in 2010. He is skilled working with: PHP, XHTML, XML, CSS, MYSQL, JQuery, Ajax, CodeIngiter and Smarty. He has also experience in developing WAP sites. Profile: Carmen has been working within the Internet/New Media Industry since 2006. She joined our development team in 2010. Her role is to create custom solutions tailored to our clients needs. Position: Senior Account Manager
Profile: Gillian has been working within the web design sector since 1999 in various Customer focused roles including Sales, Account Management and Project Management. Gillian joined the team at Enhance in 2008 and is working as an Account Manager. Her role includes liaising with the Client and the Development Team to ensure the process from conception to completion runs smoothly and is the one of the main contacts throughout the process. Gillian takes pride in her levels of customer service and support.
